Shipping Policy – Luminmart

1. Shipping Rate Standard (Core Rule)

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders subtotal ≥ USD 69.90, free shipping to all supported delivery regions.
• Flat Fixed Shipping Fee: Orders subtotal ＜ USD 69.90, a flat rate shipping cost of USD 5.98 will be charged per order.

1. Processing Time

   
   

   All orders will be picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends and US public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframe

   
   

   Standard domestic US shipping normally takes 3–7 business days after shipment tracking number is uploaded. Remote areas may require an extra 2–4 days for delivery. We will send tracking number to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched.
3. Shipping Address Modification

   
   

   Address revision requests can only be accepted before the package is shipped. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be operated. Please double-check your shipping address before payment.
4. Undeliverable Packages

   
   

   If the package is returned due to wrong address, recipient refusal, failed delivery or unclaimed parcel, the return freight will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). Re-delivery cost shall be undertaken by the buyer.
5. Shipping Exclusions

   
   

   We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and some restricted overseas territories temporarily.
