1. Account & Order Agreement

   
   

   By placing an order on luminmart store, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to complete the purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address, contact information and payment details. Any loss caused by incorrect address input shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Product Description & Pricing

   
   

   We strive to display accurate pictures, specifications and prices for all daily necessities. Slight color difference caused by screen display is not regarded as product quality problem. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice before order payment is completed. Once payment is confirmed, the order price will not be modified.
3. Payment Authorization

   
   

   All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways on Shopify. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order including product value and applicable shipping fees.
4. Intellectual Property

   
   

   All texts, logos, images, brand design of Luminmart are protected by intellectual property laws. No unauthorized reproduction, copying or commercial use is allowed.
5. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   Luminmart shall not be liable for indirect loss, economic loss or incidental damages arising from product use beyond normal daily usage scenarios. Our maximum compensation limit shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the corresponding order.

   We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated clauses will be posted on our store page and take effect immediately upon publication.
